once upon a time, there lived a sad lonely monster in a big ominous house at the top of a hill
there he lived all alone for many years and every year he looked forward to his favorite holiday ...Halloween!
his one wish in his sad, lonely monster life was that his doorbell would ring and he'd be able to greet thick or treat on his favorite of all holidays
but without fail, the monster would sit all alone on all hallows wve with nothing but a bowl of candy to remid him of his despair and solitude
despite his disappointmet, just like years gone past he prepared for his beloved occasion the following year and the next...
until that fateful night when his doorbell rang
"could it be", asked the monster, "after all these years, trick or treaters at last"
and a treat came to the monsters eye
as the door opened with a cinematic creek he saw his long awaited trick or treaters with bags in hand had finally arrived
"trick or treat?" cried the children with their eyes open wide
"treat!" replied the monster....
and he gobbled them all up.
